Our Story
Founded in 2014, Desklight began with the realization that most learning programs and training fail the very people they were meant to serve. With a background in design innovation, teaching, and organizational development, Erin Huizenga saw an opportunity to bring embodiment and measureable transformation to team learning experiences.
We are learning leaders and strategists who spark growth and improve performance. We wake up every day to deliver programs that ignite curiosity and help organizations and individuals to do their best work.
