PCMA had strong accessibility content, but needed a better way to help event professionals translate that knowledge into action. The goal was to create training that went beyond compliance and equipped people to respond confidently and empathetically to different needs in real time.

How We Worked
Desklight worked with PCMA to transform existing content into an applied learning experience built around real world decisions.
We restructured the material into bite sized modules incorporating scenarios, video, interactive activities, and knowledge checks. This gave learners opportunities to think, practice, and apply rather than simply consume information.
