Connections Health is a mental health counseling service that builds skills, confidence, and insight to support emotional wellbeing in school, work, relationships, and day-to-day life. Connections Health is looking to expand their impact and provide more young adults (starting with MBA students at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University) access to their knowledge and resources by leveraging technology to provide unique learning experiences at scale. Connections Health invited Desklight to help actualize this vision by exploring and identifying opportunities unique to their expertise, capabilities, and strategic potential for growth.

In close collaboration with Connections Health, Desklight developed a unique learning framework. All strategies and early design explorations were directly driven by learner insights derived from deep-dive exploratory research with current or recent Kellogg MBA students, along with ongoing input from the Connections Health team (including a number of therapists).

Starting with low-fidelity wireframes and examples of relevant Desklight work, we designed the right digital learning experiences for Connection Health’s unique expertise – resulting in an opportunity to scale their current impact.
